What's going on guys. If so, did you know that you could actually learn how to jump higher in basketball games. And you can do it starting tonight! Jumping higher basically came down to these two things that helped more more than most of the other things I can think of.
1) You body is an engine that can't run on junk fuel. You have got to start drinking more water untill you get up to about 8 cups. The story is that you are supposed to get those 8 cups, but I have to tell you if you are going to be running on the court a lot and actually practicing to get better you should really try to get more than the minimum. I personally like to get the Gatorade powder and mix up 12 cups of Gatorade every morning and take it with me throughout the day. It's really helpful even if it doesn't sound like it. It makes a big difference for me.
2) You will need to stop doing the things that hold you back. The best training in my opinion is The Jump Manual. They give you a probably the most comprehensive list of exercises that you can imagine using. That's probably because they did a lot of research about how athlete's who are running really need to jump.
